Customised monthly race lead in training plan.

A customised plan after discussing with you, your current fitness and your background, your goals and available training time,

12hrs a week Ironman training plan.

A set 12hrs a week training plan, to use religiously or as a guide to work around your life. The most productive and efficient use of your time when training around other commitments.

Intermediate 8hrs per week Olympic distance training plan.

A set plan to use your 8hrs a week to the best effect to enjoy and improve your triathlon experience.


Full:
Weekly training plan with full unlimited communication and daily changes when needed.

Set plan:
120 euro per month. Race lead in training plan. A personalised plan leading into your goal race. Initial consultation to workout, your current level, your available time, and the best way to plan your months and weeks leading into the race.

Personal training:
1-1 personal training. 50euro per hour
